Terms of service
Effective October 21, 2026
The service
Guardation is provided by Abrovia s.r.o., náměstí 14. října 1307/2, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic (company ID 04186974). It reads usage and cost data from the providers you connect and shows it in dashboards and email alerts. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you register.
Beta
Guardation is in beta and is currently free. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll email account owners well in advance, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.
Your account and keys
- You must have the right to connect every key you add, and you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You can revoke a connected key in your provider’s console at any time; Guardation then stops syncing it.
Estimates and alerts
Billed totals come from your providers’ cost reports. Some figures, such as spend per API key or model, are estimates calculated from token usage and public price lists and may differ from your invoice. Data may be delayed or revised by providers. Budget alerts are a convenience and don’t guarantee you’ll be notified before a given amount is spent. Always rely on your providers’ invoices for billing.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or your providers’ terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including charges incurred with your providers, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero during the free beta).
Ending your account
You can stop using Guardation at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Questions? Email [email protected].
